This has involved strategic planning advice such as identifying potential for development and leasing the roof space for solar panels/telecoms equipment.

Claire, the Legal Services Director, is a qualified Solicitor with 10 years’ experience working in the property industry. Specialising as our inhouse lawyer, Claire advises BlocMan on the interpretation of leases and leglislation, and ensures the management is carried out in accordance with current regulations and good practice, including RICS Service Charge Residential Management Code of Practice and ARMA guidelines.
